ZEOGPT provides digital AI services that are activated immediately. Except where required by law or where the service has a material defect, purchases are generally non-refundable.

If a refund is necessary, contact support and explain your reason. If approved, we deduct a 10% processing fee and the charge for the number of service days already used. Used credits, add-ons, and other irreversible costs may also be deducted, so the refund may be zero.

Accounts suspended or banned for violating these terms, abusing the service, or submitting illegal content are not eligible for refunds. Repeated, malicious, or clearly unreasonable requests may be denied.

We collect information necessary for registration, login, payments, support, and security, such as your email address, order information, device data, and logs. We use it only as necessary to provide services, comply with law, process payments, and prevent fraud.

We do not sell personal information. Content you submit may be sent to your selected model provider to fulfill an AI request. Do not submit identity documents, passwords, payment credentials, or unnecessary sensitive data. You may contact support to exercise applicable access, correction, or deletion rights.

By using ZEOGPT, you agree to applicable laws and model providers’ usage policies. Keep your account secure. You may not resell or share accounts, bypass access controls, disrupt systems, or engage in automated abuse.

You must not generate, upload, or distribute content that violates local law, including sexual or explosive content, violence, terrorism, fraud, harm to minors, privacy violations, or intellectual-property infringement. We may warn, rate-limit, suspend, or permanently ban an account and cooperate with lawful investigations. Unused balances on banned accounts may be forfeited.

AI output may be inaccurate and is not professional advice. You are responsible for verifying and using it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose.

ZEOGPT sells no physical goods. Plans, credits, and model access are digital services and are normally credited automatically after successful payment and risk checks. Their status is shown in your dashboard.

If payment processing, network issues, or maintenance delays delivery, retain your order number and contact support. We will verify the order and deliver the service or handle it under the refund policy.
